Boşnak Börek was founded in 2004 on the initiative of a family who introduced this taste to the consumer, saying that everyone should try the hot pastry, skillfully baked by a Bosnian mother.
Today, ``Boşnak Börek`` produces using traditional methods in its 2000 m2 closed modern facilities in Sakarya. In these modern facilities, Bosnian pastries, Bosnian ravioli, water pastries, bagels - pastry group, biscuits and other products are made entirely by hand.
